This week at Virtual United 9/25/15

Post by UAL001 Gary Price » September 26th, 2015, 12:16 pm

Congratulations to all the pilots at Virtual United!

As of 10PM Pacific time on Friday, Sept. 25, we have surpassed our 6,000 flying hours goal for the month!!! Currently we are at 6,032.7 hours, with approximately 30 PIREPs pending approval, and a bunch of pilots in the virtual skies. We are flying at a rate of over 250 hours per day.Great job everyone!

I still hope all the pilots on the roster who have NOT made a flight this month will do so before next Wednesday evening. Everyone else can dial it back a little until the end of the month. There might be another challenge next month, so don't get burned out.

Finally, don't forget about our long haul flight event Saturday evening. We are flying from KEWR to VABB. Its a long one, and I honestly have no idea where VABB is (South Africa, India, or far side of the moon.... not sure)... Hopefully someone will post a flightplan.. See you at the gates at KEWR. ... _event/518

Once again, congratulations to all the pilots of Virtual United!!! Get some rest and get ready for October!

See you in the skies!
