Greetings all. Welcome to another edition of the semi-regular, monthly VA update e-mail.

The VA finished May with 9,131 hours flown on 2,463 flights. Our activity is 50% over last May, and was our 3rd best ever May in history. Keep up the great flying all.

Once again last month we are not cutting pilots from the roster. If you cannot fly, please request a LOA. At some point down the road we will resume our normal operations - and that means pilots who don't make one flight a month will be removed, unless you are on LOA.

Please continue to support Kevin in our Events dept. We have been able to update the site in a way that now Events do not disappear on the actual date of each event. Hopefully this small tweak will provide a little more visibility to what we have going on in the VATSIM skies.

Lastly and most importantly, we are continuing to make great progress on our new website. The design is fixed now and various portions of the site are starting to come alive. Currently we have the new site on a completely different URL, separate from the one you visit. We are hopeful that some really neat "bells and whistles" are going to make the new site, including a very detailed new ACARS program. Vic and Nicholas are hard at work on this project and there will be more information coming soon.

With that I will let you get back to your flying.

See you in the skies!
