Spam Emails Reminder

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to send a quick reminder to keep your eyes out for spam emails. Recently, some of our staff members have received emails from an unknown account attempting to impersonate Gary to try and obtain personal information. As a reminder, no one on our staff will ever ask you for personal information. If you ever receive an email like this (whether it be related to the VA or not), it is standard practice to never ask for this information over email so delete it immediately.

If you have any questions, I would recommend emailing the person in a new email (not simply hitting reply) to see if it was really them. 9 times out of 10, it isn't.

Also, I recently increased the security of our spam filter. If you are not sure if your hub managers, or anyone else on staff, are receiving your emails, please make a post on the Forum and we will be more than happy to get back to you.

As always, don't hestiate to contact me if you have any questions!
