After you click on a departure or arrival airport dropdown, Pat, you can start keying in the ICAO code; no need to scroll up and down.

Cheers, man.

Any chance of adding some retro United 747-100/20o domestic and international routes from here :

https://www.routesonline.com/news/38/ai ... 1970-2017/

Or can I simply fly them as a ‘charter’ ?

We don't have a 747-100 in the online schedule so I'm not sure if you could log a charter flight with one of our ACARS programs, Jonathan. I don't think UAL ever flew 100s although we may have inherited them through the acquisition of PanAm.

We do have a 747-200 in the schedule although there are no flights associated with it; we do have a FS9/FSX 742 in our retro fleet. I'm thinking the schedule listing is a holdover from FS9 and the Ready for Pushback 742 that was available for that sim. Shouldn't have a problem flying a United 742 and logging the flight.

Cheers.

Nice link here :
https://www.planespotters.net/airline/U ... pe=747-200

UAL had 23 741's vs 10 742's. I think the -100's were initially used on domestic routes. I usually just use the 742 thats in the system.
The 747-100 in the Friendship livery looks amazing. The routesonline website link has all the early routes flown by the 741/742's. Fascinating part of history.

One of my pilots would like us to change GOOY to GOBD - especially for the 777 tour. I said I would check but reminded him that GOOY remains operational.
