Commuter Tour Question

Post by UAL277 Kevin Finch » January 4th, 2018, 10:42 am

The tracking sheet for this award says, "Rules: Flights must be flown with any regional aircraft capable of doing the route (e.x. B1900, JS41, E120, E135, E145, E170, Dash 8, or BaE146). Other flights may be made while working on this award. All flights must be flown using a trackable method such as vUAL ACARS on online with VATSIM."

The tracking sheet does not say we are required to fly in a specific order. Could I start with the KIAD-CYYZ leg and then carry on from there - in sequence, since they're all connecting flights - or must they be flown in the exact sequence, i.e., starting with KPDX-KSFO?

Thanks.

The routes listed are to be flown in the order listed. Most of our tours and awards are set up that way.

OK. My HM has already approved the 13 flights I've made since I posted the enquiry. I'm disheartened that Chris didn't respond sooner. I think I'll soldier on.

The only tracking sheet that requires us to be complete flights in a specified order is the Turboprop award. 50 States and SA Tour say any order; Commuter only says that other flights can be completed during the course of the award.
