Well I'll let staff answer the options part but since v4 is in its infancy there is very little available from the freeware aircraft perspective. The TDS models (737, 787) work for v4 but of course that is above your level. So you may have to wait a bit. But you should consider payware. Carenado B19...

If you used updated AFCADs from FSX like the ones Ray Smith has done they'll work in P3D. BUT the taxiways will be grass and need to be fixed. One guy is taking Ray's files and updating them for P3D and can be found on flightsim or AVSIM. I have been updating them as well using the ADE application. ...

I don't use said freeware developer much anymore because I have payware. But they do this to their title for copyright reasons but also the code in the title is used to apply certain antennae/lights on the aircraft. So removing would invalidate this.
