Jess: it was included in your welcome letter. We try to NOT post it on the forum since anyone Non UAL could read it and have access to it. If you cannot find your welcome letter send an email to your hub manager and he will send it to you.

if I remember right, those "routes" disappeared during a web glitch pre Jared and were not available from backups. We need to recreate the routes for those flights and I don't have the data.
